Iredell Health Foundation is seeking a top-notch Administrative Assistant to serve as the welcoming face of our Foundation and support the events and initiatives that raise vital funds for Iredell Health System — helping advance the quality of care for the patients we serve.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be front and center for donor meetings, fundraising events, and community celebrations, connecting with donors, patients, families, and community partners who share our mission. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes maintaining accurate donor records, tracking gifts and pledges, and generating reports that help guide our fundraising strategy. Success requires exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, careful attention to detail in data management, and a natural ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.  

Requirements
  •   High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Donor Perfect (or similar CRM/donor management software) strongly preferred, including data entry, gift processing, and report generation
  • Strong Excel skills, including comfort with formulas, spreadsheets, and organizing data sets
  • Comfort and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as events require
