Job Summary
The Industrial Segment Manager for Packaging Solutions in the Appliance and HVAC segment’s role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, market analysis, and driving the development of packaging solutions that align with industry requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead the development of new and/or modified packaging solutions for Industrial sector: Appliance, HVAC, Furniture and related segments.
· Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative packaging products to market.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the related industries for segment.
· Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development and positioning.
· Work closely with clients in the Industrial sectors to understand their packaging requirements and challenges.
· Develop strong relationships with key clients and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
· Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Appliance, HVAC, and related segments.
· Identify opportunities for product differentiation and value-added features.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
· Provide technical expertise and support to sales efforts.
· Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of packaging solutions.
· Conduct regular assessments and implement improvements as needed.
· Monitor and analyze competitor products and market trends to stay ahead in the Industrial packaging segment.
· Make recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
· All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement/Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Packaging Engineer, preferably in the Appliance and HVAC industries.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other data entry, Order processing systems and Database software. Salesforce.com a plus.)
