What You'll Do

As a Home Health PTA, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized treatment to patients in their homes.

You'll:

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions according to the established plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate and support patients and caregivers throughout the treatment process
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program with an associate degree
• Current Colorado PTA license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Previous PTA experience preferred
• Home Health experience is a plus, but candidates with transferable therapy experience are encouraged to apply
• Flexibility to assist with weekend coverage when needed
