We are looking for a bright, outgoing individual to join our team! We need someone that is willing to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, self-motivated, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Provide general support to staff and visitors
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Monitor and maintain office supplies
• Handle basic complaints
• Assist with New Employee Orientation
• Assist Administrative Staff when needed
. Working with individuals with disabilities
• All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Must have good phone voice and phone etiquette
• Must possess a positive attitude
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be great with people
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive in finding and completing tasks
• Must have proficient typing skills and be proficient in Google Suite
