We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team and help keep our production and shipping running smoothly. 


 What You’ll Do 


The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that inventory is accurate, materials are organized, and customer orders are shipped on time. This position is responsible for managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment. 


Skid movement on forklift 

  • Loading and unloading skids and crates from trucks 
  • Moving materials in the building to different workstations 
  • Moving large crates and skids from production to the shipping area 


Inventory Management 

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track material usage and alert when restocking is needed. 


Shipping & Fulfillment 

  • Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders with accuracy.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight).
  • Complete and verify all shipping documentation.
  • Track shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.


Planning & Coordination 

  • Plan shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
  • Partner with sales, purchasing, and production teams to align on material and order needs.


Warehouse Operations 


  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Optimize storage layouts for efficiency.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.), if certified. 


Requirements
  •  High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus).
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory software, shipping platforms, and barcode systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.   

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
  • Current forklift certification a plus.
