What You’ll Do

• Complete structural and non-structural collision repairs 
• Follow OEM procedures and documented repair plans 
• Repair and replace panels, frames, and related components 
• Perform welding, metalwork, panel alignment, sanding, and surface preparation 
• Work closely with estimators and the parts team 
• Document repairs thoroughly with notes and photos 
• Complete quality-control checks before vehicles leave your care 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 

What We’re Looking For

• Professional collision repair experience 
• Strong structural, body repair, welding, and panel-replacement skills 
• Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM procedures 
• I-CAR or OEM certifications are preferred, but continued training is available 
• Pride in doing the job safely and correctly 
• A dependable, team-first approach 
• Commitment to quality without sacrificing productivity

• 2+ years collision repair experience
• Strong body repair and refinishing skills
• Experience with welding and frame work preferred
• I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
