Lead & Supervisor Positions

Lead the Team. Drive Results. Grow Your Career.

At Gordon Aluminum Industries, we believe our best leaders lead by example. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or someone who has been the "go-to" person on your team, we want to hear from you.

We're always looking for dependable, motivated individuals who can coach others, solve problems, and help build a strong team culture.

Leadership opportunities may include  Shift Leads, Production Leads, and Supervisors across our manufacturing operations.

What's the Difference?

Team Lead

A Team Lead is a working leader.

You continue performing production work while helping guide your team throughout the shift. Leads are often the first person employees go to for questions and day-to-day support.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Training new employees
  • Answering questions and solving daily production issues
  • Monitoring quality and safety
  • Helping keep production on schedule
  • Communicating with supervisors
  • Leading by example through attendance, teamwork, and work ethic

Supervisor

A Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the department or shift.

Supervisors spend more time leading people than performing production work. They coach employees, hold team members accountable, improve productivity, and partner with other departments to achieve company goals.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Leading a department or shift
  • Coaching and developing employees
  • Managing attendance and performance
  • Conducting employee meetings and evaluations
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Scheduling work and assigning priorities
  • Investigating issues and resolving conflicts
  • Driving continuous improvement
