Join Our Team as a National Sales Executive - Group Health!
Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in Group Health and technology-enabled healthcare solutions? Do you excel at building strong relationships, developing pipelines, and closing deals that create long-term value? If so, Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU to join our growing team!
As a National Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Prime’s Group Health footprint by cultivating new client relationships, positioning our technology-enabled solutions, and driving revenue growth. You’ll serve as the front-line connection to prospective clients—representing the PHS brand at conferences, onsite meetings, and industry events.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospects through regular outreach and in-person meetings.
- Conduct frequent prospect visits and follow up on proposals, quotes, and sales conversations.
- Travel up to 60% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support relationship-building activities.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and status reports to the VP of Business Development.
- Represent PHS at conferences, trade shows, and professional organizations.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Schedule site visits and travel strategically to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Position and sell Prime’s technology-enabled solutions with a primary focus on Group Health, including network offerings, platform capabilities, and client integration support.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in workers’ compensation, group health, or auto liability markets.
- 5–7 years of experience in PPO, Bill Review, or Specialty Network sales — with a strong emphasis on Group Health (preferred).
