Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
- Monitor scheduling, patient flow, production goals, collections, and operational performance to support practice success.
- Manage patient relations by resolving concerns professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with doctors and leadership to implement office initiatives, maintain compliance, and achieve business and patient care objectives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous office management or leadership experience, preferably in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, billing, and financial reporting preferred.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.
