What This Role Is
The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and completion of timely transit graphics installations (ex. Buses, benches, and station shelters). This role partners with sales, design, print, installation, external vendors, and transit authorities to keep projects moving accurately and on schedule. This is a temporary role expected to begin in early August and continue through mid-February, based on business needs.

What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project details across sales, design, print, installation, vendors, customers, and transit authorities to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, timelines, deliverables, and customer communication.
- Review orders for accuracy, enter and maintain project information, and ensure documentation is complete within the ERP system.
- Manage installation schedules by coordinating with customers, sales, installers, subcontractors, and transit authorities to meet standard lead times.
Operational Support
- Source, negotiate with, schedule, and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues during and after installation to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage purchase orders and vendor invoices in partnership with the finance team.
- Support process improvements and operational initiatives that improve efficiency while contributing to overall team objectives.
What It Takes To Win
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with an understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
