Outside Sales Rep

We are seeking a motivated individual with knowledge of lumber, millwork, or building materials to join our team in Franklin, TN. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into an Outside Sales Representative while learning alongside an experienced Internal Sales Leader.

What You Will Do as an Outside Sales Rep

• Participate in a structured sales and operations training program. 
• Assist with customer account development and relationship building. 
• Prepare material takeoffs and job estimates. 
• Learn territory management, product knowledge, and sales strategies. 
• Support existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. 

Qualifications for an Outside Sales Rep

• Knowledge of lumber, millwork, building materials, or construction. 
• Ability to read plans and perform material takeoffs. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
