- Serve as the primary point of contact for external service providers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data required for international tax filings.

- Partner with owners, business leaders, and advisors to evaluate tax implications of transactions, investments, and business decisions.
- Research complex tax issues and develop well-supported recommendations and documentation.
- Support tax audits and defend tax positions through analysis, research, and collaboration.
- Manage projects independently from initial research through completion while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
- CPA required or relevant professional certification.
- Strong experience with flow-through entities.
- Expertise in partnership taxation and related tax implications.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, asset management entities, or closely-held businesses.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and provide thoughtful recommendations in a high-trust environment.
Why This Opportunity?
- Work directly with business owners, leaders, and advisors.
- Gain exposure to a variety of entities, investments, and complex tax matters.
- Apply your technical expertise in a role focused on both compliance and strategic advisory.
- Make an impact through influence, expertise, and partnership.
