Description

The Preschool Aide will partner in the discipleship and instruction of students to provide a high quality education with the Gospel and a Biblical Worldview as its foundation.

The Preschool Aide Will...
- Assist the lead teacher in caring for two - five year olds in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Support daily routines such as nap-time, diapering, instructed play time, crafts, etc.
- Ensure the room is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical growth.
- Provide one-on-one attention and fostering a loving and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain a positive and caring relationship with children, parents, and fellow staff members in mature/professional way.
- Desire to continue learning and growing in all areas.
- Will take part in every opportunity to further educational and spiritual growth; with an eager heart.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Understanding and confident ability to help the lead teacher in a multitude of classroom activities.
- Can multitask with great ease and true ability to be patient in any situation.
Requirements
- Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment.
- Year Round schedule.
- Must be an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church.
- 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
