Operations Specialist
Fully Remote
Description

About the Role

We're a Denver-based apartment turnover ("turns") company looking for a detail-oriented Client & Contractor Coordinator to be the daily point of contact between our clients and our contractor workforce. You'll manage client communication, schedule and coordinate contractors, and help keep our labor pipeline staffed. This is a part-time, remote role with room to grow based on performance and workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, updates, and scheduling requests.

• Schedule and coordinate contractors for apartment turn jobs, confirming availability, job details, and timelines.

• Write clear, professional emails and messages to clients and contractors, maintaining a consistent, courteous tone.

• Track job status and communicate updates or changes to all parties in a timely manner.

• Assist with recruiting labor/contractors, including posting openings on job boards and similar sites and screening candidates.

• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other systems (scheduling, invoicing support, contractor/client info).

• Flag scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps, or client concerns proactively.

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) — able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking contractors and clients.

• Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized; comfortable juggling multiple schedules and priorities at once.

• Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal, with both workers and clients.

• Well-versed in writing professional business emails.

• Experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with job posting/recruiting sites (e.g., Indeed, Facebook Jobs, similar platforms).

• Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Prior experience in property management, turns/cleaning services, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.

Schedule & Location

• 20–25 hours per week.

• Fully remote. Central Time Zone preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Term

• $20/hour.

• Contract runs from start date (ASAP) through the end of September, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
