Help Shape the Future of Structural Heart Therapy

We are seeking a Clinical Education & Training Specialist to join our Clinical team. In this highly visible role, you will create engaging training materials and patient-specific case presentations that prepare physicians, internal clinical teams, and cross-functional partners to successfully support our ATLAS pivotal clinical trial.


Working alongside Clinical Education, Clinical Field, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other functional teams, you will play an integral role in helping advance an innovative transcatheter mitral valve therapy.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Develop Clinical Education Materials

  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials, job aids, presentations, and reference guides for internal teams and external clinical partners.
  • Translate complex clinical, procedural, and technical information into clear, practical learning resources.
  • Continuously improve educational content based on clinical feedback, case learnings, and evolving best practices.

Prepare Patient-Specific Case Presentations

  • Build approximately 5–10 patient-specific case presentations each week to support procedural planning.
  • Review and synthesize patient history, imaging, and clinical data into concise, actionable presentations.
  • Highlight procedural considerations, potential risks, and key planning insights for case support teams.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner closely with Clinical Field, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to gather clinical information and support case readiness.
  • Work directly with clinical subject matter experts to ensure educational materials remain accurate, relevant, and impactful.
  • Participate in case preparation discussions while growing into a trusted clinical content resource.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Improve templates, workflows, and content standards to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while producing high-quality deliverables.
Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–6+ years of experience in clinical education, medical education, clinical content development, clinical operations, or a related healthcare environment.

• Experience supporting medical devices, procedural medicine, or clinical trials is strongly preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop professional, visually compelling presentations.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, practical educational materials.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of cardiac anatomy, mitral valve disease, and structural heart therapies.

• Familiarity with clinical imaging, patient data, and procedural planning workflows.

• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience working directly with physicians, clinical specialists, or healthcare providers.

Salary Description
$77,000 to $115,000
