Working Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM | Monday - Friday | Hybrid


$56,800 - $63,750

Requirements

Responsible for working with customers, Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers, and fellow associates to provide technical support to accurately quote opportunities, sell chambers and deliver exceptional customer service. The Product Specialist I works to develop the product knowledge, quoting, and selling skills to effectively quote ENA & EC standard chambers. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

· Processes quotations  and customer orders according to work instructions and ensures compliance with  ISO standards.


· Uses product knowledge to assist with  the quoting process and order reviews. 


· Provides Regional Sales Manager(s) and  Reps with product, job, and customer information.


· Interfaces with other departments  throughout ESPEC to provide and relay information as needed. 

· Utilizes the company  CRM system to generate quotes and ensure accuracy of the customer database.

· Follows up on quotes to make sure they are completed in a timely manner.

· Communicates with  the parent company (ESPEC Corp) and sister company (ESPEC Divisions EEG, ESH  and EET) as required. 

· Handles basic quote requests, performance calcs and custom options on standard chambers and ESPEC Corp chambers.

· Participates in ISO and quality process, as required.

· Coordinates Factory Acceptance visits with customers, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives as required.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Education

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· Bachelor’s  degree in related technical field preferred.


Skills and Experience

· 2 years of technical sales or customer service experience required.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

· Must be able to use an ERP and CRM system. 

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required. 

· Knowledge of Business math required. 

· Technical, electrical or mechanical engineering experience preferred.

· Basic electrical and controls background (wiring, power requirements, control logic) and experience in CAD (2D and/or Solid Modeling) is preferred.
