We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations while leading a team dedicated to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll partner with purchasing, logistics, and store leadership to ensure inventory flows seamlessly throughout our organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Warehouse Operations

• Lead all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure products are accurately received, stored, picked, and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes that increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Schedule staff to meet operational demands while maximizing productivity.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team environment.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory controls.
• Minimize shortages, overstock, and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure product availability across all locations.

Safety & Compliance

• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and employees are trained on safe operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting tools to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse equipment, facility maintenance, and operational readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with store operations, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Assist in planning inventory needs and supporting company growth initiatives.
• Help develop scalable warehouse processes that support an expanding organization.

 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience
• Previous experience leading and developing warehouse teams
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
