• 3      Host Home Providers
• 2      homes must be accessible for individuals who use walkers or wheelchairs

Colorado Host Home Provider Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Own or rent a safe, stable home that meets Colorado Host Home certification      standards
• Pass  required criminal background checks
• Complete required training and certification prior to providing services
• Be able to provide a supportive, healthy, and inclusive home environment
