Job Summary:

  

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for profitable growth across the Southeastern U.S., balancing new business development with account retention and expansion. This role owns the commercial relationship in the region, develops and executes a territory plan, and serves as a trusted advisor and customer advocate from discovery through close and beyond. This is a full-time, remote position.

Territory:

Southeastern  (AL, District of Columbia, FL, GA, MD, NC, SC, VA and WV; surrounding states as assigned)

 

Reports to:

Director of Eastern US Sales


Travel:

Typically, 30-50%; frequent regional travel plus TSI Touch headquarters and tradeshows


What You'll Do

  

Customer Relationships & Advocacy

· Build and maintain trusted, enduring customer relationships.

· Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and deployment needs.

· Create a feedback loop from customers to inform internal teams and improve outcomes.

· Foster urgency around customer issue resolution and serve as the customer advocate as appropriate.

· Protect and grow the customer base through retention, expansion, refresh cycles, and multi-site opportunities.


Territory Growth & Sales Execution (New + Existing)

· Develop and execute a territory plan aligned to quarterly and annual goals.

· Prospect, qualify, and close net-new opportunities for digital signage hardware solutions.

· Lead consultative discovery; coordinate demos, technical validation, and presentations as needed.

· Partner with internal teams to ensure strong handoffs and customer outcomes.

· Support regional sales leadership with sales activities as needed.


Product & Market Expertise

· Serve as a TSI Touch product solutions subject matter expert for customers and partners.

· Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and expand industry knowledge.

· Represent TSI Touch professionally at customer meetings, partner engagements, and events.


Process, Systems & Teamwork

· Become proficient in TSI Touch processes and systems (NetSuite, HubSpot).

· Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and documentation in the CRM.

· Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute positively to a small-team, owner-minded culture.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

Qualifications

· Associate degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.

· 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals (territory-based sales preferred).

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Requirements

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a desire to provide the highest level of support to all stakeholders.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.

· Excellent time management and punctuality; regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

· Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.

· Ability to respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone.

· Ability to travel frequently throughout the territory and to company headquarters once per quarter.

Salary Description
$60-125K based on experience & qualifications
