Position Summary
Jim Shorkey Auto Group is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy building relationships, and have a proven track record in automotive sales, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle and financing options.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using CRM tools.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in dealership and community events when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
