Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are looking for an LBA/BCBA with strong analytical skills, experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a passion for improving client outcomes through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conducting in person assessments and collecting data on clients' behaviors and skill acquisition
  • Providing in person, direct behavioral therapy skills trainings to Registered Line Technicians
  • Supervising and training Registered Line Technicians and other support staff
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting intervention strategies 
  • Preparing session notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with ethical and organizational standards
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support client goals
  • Maintaining certification and adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must be a current LBA/BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience working with individuals with Austin Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities required; 1+ year of experience working in school based services preferred
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with data collection and analysis; proficiency with electronic data recording system; strong documentation skills; strong interpersonal skills
