As one of Kinective's Implementation Analysts, you'll remotely install and maintain Kinective’s Migrate solution, including OmniPort and OmniView applications, supporting databases, and systems. The Implementation Analyst provides remote one-on-one and group training to OmniView users. In addition, this position also performs remote data conversions using the OmniPort application.
What you’ll own
Solution implementation and environment setup
- Install, configure, and validate all components of the Migrate solution, including OmniPort, OmniView/Viewer, MongoDB, web components, and other required supporting programs in customer environments.
- Perform manual and automated deployments, verify system readiness, and confirm that required application paths, logging, adapters, plugins, and connectivity settings are correctly configured.
- Coordinate installation details with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure implementation environments are prepared for migration and go-live activities.
Data migration and conversion delivery
- Execute remote data migrations and conversions, transforming customer data into required output formats and validating results against project specifications.
- Analyze source data, identify mapping or formatting issues, resolve exceptions, and perform quality checks and reconciliation to ensure migrated data is complete, accurate, and usable within the target environment.
- Support legacy data conversion efforts commonly associated with core changes, mergers and acquisitions, retention requirements, and other operational or regulatory business events.
Customer enablement and product training
- Deliver remote one-on-one and group training to customer administrators and end users on how to access, research, administer, and use migrated data
- Educate customers on system functionality, data organization, user access considerations, and best practices for ongoing use of migrated records.
- Provide clear implementation guidance and help transition customers to steady-state usage with confidence in the product and process.
Project coordination and stakeholder communication
- Communicate implementation progress, risks, milestones, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders through email, Salesforce, and other project-tracking channels.
- Maintain accurate implementation notes, project status updates, and customer context to support visibility, accountability, and smooth handoffs across teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to keep projects on track and resolve blockers efficiently.
Troubleshooting, support, and continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot application, database, configuration, and migrated-data issues across our services and related systems; diagnose root causes and drive issues through resolution.
- Own assigned customer support cases, document findings clearly, and escalate issues appropriately when deeper technical intervention is required.
- Contribute to implementation quality by identifying recurring issues, improving documentation, sharing lessons learned, and supporting additional duties or special projects as assigned.
How We’ll Measure Success
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain problems with data, applications, and systems.
- Superior communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
