Counter Sales Associate – Wholesale Plumbing & HVAC 

Bender Plumbing Supplies – New Haven, Waterbury, Norwalk, Stamford 

Full-Time | In-Office Mon–Fri with Saturday rotation | $20–$25/hour + Incentive Plan 

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Counter Sales Associates for our New Haven, Waterbury, Norwalk and Stamford locations. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Associates who want to be a part of a fast-paced and culture forward environment. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using our point-of-sale and WMS systems 
• Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns and exchanges professionally 
• Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively growing your product knowledge 
• Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized counter area 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years counter sales, customer management or customer service 
• Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

Preferred: 

• Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
