About the Role
The Utility Prepared Foods Support Team Member plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient prepared foods environment. This position supports daily operations by ensuring equipment, dishes, and workspaces are consistently cleaned, organized, and ready for use.
This role contributes directly to team success by supporting production flow, upholding sanitation standards, and helping create an environment where quality food and strong teamwork can thrive.
What You Will Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishwashing areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store utensils, dishes, and production tools
- Support prepared foods team members with general tasks as needed
- Remove trash and recycling in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure all work areas meet food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in maintaining clean storage areas, walk ins, and back of house spaces
- Communicate equipment concerns or maintenance needs to leadership
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

- Workspaces are consistently clean, organized, and ready for production
- Dishwashing and sanitation processes are completed efficiently and reliably
- Prepared foods team members are supported and able to maintain workflow
- Food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
