Executive-Personal Assistant to Managing Partner

The ideal candidate is an Executive/Personal Assistant who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and functions as a trusted partner to the Managing Partner, exercising independent judgment to protect time and ensure seamless execution across business and personal matters.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a high-volume, complex calendar spanning business, personal, and family commitments across multiple time zones
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, prioritizing competing demands and managing access with sound judgment
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Managing Partner and family, adjusting quickly to last-minute changes
  • Support personal and household needs, including vendor coordination, errands, and ad hoc requests
  • Assist with legal and corporate administrative work, including new client intake, conflict checks, and document preparation
  • Handle sensitive legal, financial, and personal information with the utmost discretion
     
Requirements
  • Solid experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting a senior executive, partner, agent, or high-net-worth principal
  • Law firm or talent/entertainment agency experience preferred
  • Experience supporting both professional and personal/household responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and superior proofreading/editing skills
  • A polished, professional demeanor with the flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours needs
