What You’ll Do

As a Universal Teller, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see. You’ll provide exceptional service while helping customers with their everyday banking needs and connecting them with products and services that make a difference in their financial lives.

Your day may include:

· Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently

· Opening new checking, savings, and other deposit accounts

· Identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit customers’ needs

· Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

· Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and following security procedures

· Working as part of a supportive team dedicated to serving our communities

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

· Loves helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences

· Is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented

· Enjoys learning and building relationships

· Communicates professionally and confidently

· Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous cash handling, customer service, or banking experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
