Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming and friendly first impression 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient daily flow 
  • Verify insurance and collect patient information accurately 
  • Manage incoming calls, texts, and patient communication professionally 
  • Assist with patient check-out, including treatment review and payment collection
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. 
Requirements
  • 1+ year of dental or healthcare front office experience preferred 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with dental software and insurance processes preferred
