Progressive Machining located in Spring City, PA is seeking a talented MIG Welder that has a minimum of 3 years job related experience to join our team. The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Visit us at www.progressivemachining.net.

Responsibilities:

• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications

• MIG weld various metals and use hand tools

• Calculate material measurements to meet specifications

• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

• Assist co-workers when needed and be a team player

• Perform other reasonable tasks when necessary

• The responsibilities are not limited to this list

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience MIG welding

• Ability to pass a weld test

• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures

• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics

• Ability to measure with precision

• Pays attention to detail and performs quality checks throughout the project

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift and move heavy objects (50lb+)

Current Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm

• Friday 7am-11am
