JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Territory Manager will oversee and coordinate all sales activities in an assigned region. Responsibilities include new client acquisition, client retention, account management, territory development, detailed reporting and creating & presenting different sales demonstrations for upper management. Day to day duties will consist of networking with EMS operators in an assigned territory, demonstrating new ambulances to potential customers, coordinating with service manager to ensure customer satisfaction & working within our CRM to document activities. Leads and coordinates functions to create and manage distributor partnerships, obtain sales, secure new business accounts and service the needs of the existing sales accounts within, but not limited, to an assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide leadership in the assigned territory, overseeing sales and development activities.
- Schedule meetings with potential & existing customers.
- Coordinate management of demo units within the assigned territory.
- Review and analyzes regional sales and operational records and reports; utilize data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales goals for each location, monitors progress toward those goals and develops strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase sales and/or introduce new products and services.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the assigned region; including opportunities that are unique to each territory.
- Participate in meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals.
- Prepare and implements regional budget; monitors and approves expenses.
- Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
- Update all sales activities in CRM.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; OR
- Extensive experience as sales/territory manager; OR
- Leadership experience in EMS or related field.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ? Excellent organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
