Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Maintenance Technician — $40-45/HR

North Pacific Home Repair, LLC | King, Snohomish & South Pierce County, WA | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and upkeep across our residential portfolio. This is steady, well-paid field work for someone who knows their way around a house and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to dispatched service calls across our service area
• Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general interior/exterior repairs
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, not just following a checklist
• Logging completed work through our mobile app
• Communicating directly with residents so they know what was done and why

What You Bring

• 3-4+ years of property maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Your own small hand tools
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude and the judgment to solve problems on site
• Strong communication with customers and the office
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed. 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. 
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
