Position Summary

The Enterprise Integration Coordinator supports the Enterprise Integration function within the Office of the President & CEO by helping coordinate Prosperity Now's portfolio of strategic initiatives, grant-funded work, research, events, technology initiatives, and enterprise priorities. The role ensures work remains aligned with approved objectives, is realistically planned and resourced, follows governance processes, and is coordinated across the organization.

Enterprise Integration exists to optimize Prosperity Now's ability to accomplish all of its commitments, not simply to complete individual projects. It provides enterprise-wide visibility, governance, coordination, and planning so strategic initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities, funding requirements, available capacity, and quality standards.

Rather than managing individual projects, this position helps leaders understand organizational capacity, coordinate shared resources, identify risks and dependencies, facilitate governance, and maintain visibility into the organization's portfolio of commitments.
