We're looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Social-Media Specialist to bring the LIFE PACE program to life through photography, videography, social media, digital marketing, and compelling storytelling. What You'll Do
As our Social-Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing the marketing content that represents LIFE PACE throughout our community.
You'll:
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Capture professional photos and videos of participants, staff, community events, and outreach activities.
- Edit videos, create graphics, and design eye-catching marketing materials.
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite, including geofencing campaigns.
- Design brochures, postcards, newsletters, flyers, and other print and digital marketing materials.
- Build and maintain mailing lists and coordinate direct mail campaigns.
- Collect participant and family testimonials that showcase the impact of LIFE PACE.
- Respond to social media comments and messages while building positive community engagement.
- Monitor marketing analytics and recommend strategies to increase awareness and enrollment.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop creative campaigns that support participant enrollment and community outreach.
- Help ensure our brand remains consistent across all digital and print communications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, multimedia production, or content creation.
- Professional photography and videography experience.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
Technical Skills
Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
- Meta Business Suite (Required)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Canva
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Microsoft Office
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Professional photography and video editing software

- Ability to travel regularly to LIFE PACE centers, community events, outreach locations, and partner organizations.
- Ability to lift and transport photography, video, lighting, or promotional equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Frequent use of computers, cameras, editing equipment, and office technology.
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for marketing events, participant activities, or community outreach.
