Description

Lakeside Educational Network is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Technology Services & Support (TSS) team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic department by providing essential administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming TSS support requests via phone and case management software
  • Respond to support requests and phone calls promptly, performing helpdesk triage as needed
  • Coordinate equipment repairs, including processing shipments and arranging deliveries
  • Manage general office functions such as processing documents, making copies, and maintaining both paper and digital files
  • Maintain equipment and room calendars to ensure smooth operations
  • Order supplies as needed to support TSS staff
  • Provide administrative support to the supervisor, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Offer general support to TSS staff to facilitate daily operations

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in administrative or secretarial roles

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, case management systems)

- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail

- Basic technical knowledge related to equipment and support processes is a plus

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Salary Description
$30,000 - $36,000
