What You'll Own: 

  • Lead warehouse racking installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedule attainment. 
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing exceptional customer experience, project communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management. 
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders. 
  • Develop project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and maintain critical project timelines. 
  • Lead, train, mentor, and develop Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams while building future leaders. 
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and hold teams accountable to company standards. 
  • Drive safety compliance through site audits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices. 
  • Optimize?resource allocation, including?manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency 
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. 
  • Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability. 
  • Conduct job walks, project reviews, customer meetings, and site inspections to ensure operational excellence. 
Requirements

Experience You'll Need: 

  • 5+ years of project management, operations management, construction management, or industrial installation leadership experience. 
  • Experience managing warehouse racking, material handling, industrial construction, or related installation projects. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial performance. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, training, and managing field installation teams. 
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and operational execution. 
  • Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills. 
  • Ability to analyze project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. 
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to building a strong safety culture. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions. 
  • Preferred: OSHA 30, or other project management certifications. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Candidates who can effectively communicate in both languages will be given preference due to the needs of our workforce and customers.


Salary Description
$90,000-$104,000
