POSITION TITLE & DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by receiving, stocking, and distributing materials while ensuring timely deliveries to job sites. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting field technicians, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely and effectively.
Success in this role means maintaining accurate receiving/delivery records and an organized warehouse. Maintaining an excellent safety record while supporting technicians with timely material fulfillment. Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
· Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
· Pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for service technicians and installation crews.
· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
· Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
· Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
· Label, organize, and store inventory according to company standards.
· Assist with tracking company tools and equipment.
· Dispose of scrap materials and packaging in accordance with company procedures.
· Support facilities maintenance activities as required.
· Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment.
· Deliver materials to job sites, vendors, and branch locations on schedule.
· Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures when required.
· Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
· Communicate delivery status with dispatch and operations personnel.
· Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Forklift certification is preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
· Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Setting
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, ladders, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
