Job Summary:

The Regional Vendor Manager owns day-to-day performance for an assigned region and is responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to clients, contractors, and property owners. You’ll be the go-to leader for your territory, driving contractor performance, improving service quality, and building strong, long-term partnerships across multiple trades. 


This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time in the field working directly with contractors and homeowners, helping resolve issues, keeping jobs on track, and making sure expectations are met every step of the way. You’ll also partner closely with internal teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

General Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor contractor performance and conduct regular coaching to ensure Service Level Agreements are met to drive overall program compliance. 
  • Ensure the region is properly staffed by working with contractors and internal partners to address coverage needs. 
  • Hold routine check-ins with contractors to review active claims, address challenges, and keep work moving forward. 
  • Make sure assignments are handled efficiently and consistently to deliver a high-quality customer experience. 
  • Organize and lead in-person regional meetings with contractors and key stakeholders to review regional health and performance. 
  • Travel throughout your region (approximately 40–50%) to meet with homeowners and contractors, ensuring compliance and service excellence. 
  • Act as a primary point of contact when issues arise between property owners, clients, and contractors, helping resolve conflicts and move work forward. 
  • Attend regional industry events and conferences to support brand presence and contractor recruiting efforts.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in contractor or vendor management, construction, reconstruction, property claims, or insurance. 
  • Valid driver’s license required. 
  • Ability to travel 40%-50% within your assigned region (some travel may require an overnight stay). 
  • Prior experience with roofing, windows, siding, and/or water mitigation (adjusting or contracting experience is a plus). 
  • Solid understanding of residential or commercial construction practices. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with claims and estimating systems is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. 
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying accountable and responsive. 
  • High ethical standards with a strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. 
  • Regular and reliable attendance. 
  • Proficient with technologies such as Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, applications, etc.
  • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely
