Description
Position Summary:
The Shipping & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating finished products to pull outbound shipments and to ensure accuracy, timely, and efficient palletization. This role involves preparing client orders, physically pulling products, maintaining inventory levels, rotation of product going out based on expiration dates and resolving shipping issues. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and to optimize and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment of finished products after being released from QA.
- Down stack full pallets into partial pallets for customer orders.
- Ability to drive a Sit Down and Stand-up forklift experience needed.
- Ability to use a scanning handheld to locate pallets to rack locations.
- Reconcile and correct errors in shipping and receiving activities, including counts, pallet dimensions, and shipping methods.
- Communicate with Shipping & Logistics team when orders are finished and ready to ship by providing details of finished pallets such as quantities, dimensions and weights.
- Investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through organizing, cleaning, and cycle counting on a weekly basis.
- Generate and maintain shipping and receiving reports for management.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- At least three years of combined experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, focusing on operations such as warehouse, product delivery coordination, or shipment scheduling.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory tracking, reconciliation, and basic data interpretation.
- Practical experience with inventory control, processing, and resolving routine issues.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
Physical Demands:
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials and equipment.
- Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Occasional bending, crouching, stooping, and kneeling.
- Repetitive hand, finger, and arm motions.
- The ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Visual acuity to inspect product quality and packaging.
- Exposure to manufacturing noise, temperature variations, and materials.
Salary Description
$21/hr - $23/hr
