Position Summary
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for a variety of, administrative and clerical support for Coding Operations, which may include word processing, data entry and organization, record keeping, report preparation, chart review for provider assignment, and performs related work as required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties to support departmental operations.
- Maintains and updates departmental record systems, enters and updates information with departmental activity and report summaries; retrieves information from systems and databases as required.
- Prepares and distributes a variety of documents to other departments, vendors, and management as requested.
- Reviews reports and completes corrections for provider assignments.
- Assists with assigned department projects and/or programs as assigned by management staff, aids department staff in various operations related projects.
- Participates in company meetings.
- Complies with all internal policy and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Requires High School Graduate
- 3 years of general office support experience preferred.
- Healthcare office experience preferred.

This role operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, copiers and line/cell phones.
