At Varment Guard, our technicians do more than remove nuisance animals. They solve problems and help customers feel safe in their own homes. As a Wildlife Technician, you'll manage your own territory, provide humane wildlife control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role services Holland, MI and the surrounding areas.
Training Pay is $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Earning Potential Through Sales Incentives!

What You'll Do
- Prevent, manage, and remove nuisance animals (raccoons, squirrels, opossums, skunks, groundhogs, and more) from homes, buildings, and surrounding areas
- Conduct inspections and design management strategies, including work on ladders and rooftops to access problem areas
Build strong customer relationships - Perform repair work on homes to seal entry points and prevent future wildlife intrusion
- Use a range of products, protocols, and methods to remove nuisance wildlife Work in indoor and outdoor conditions, comfortably navigating ladders and rooftop access as a regular part of the job

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bonus points: Degree in Wildlife Management or related field
