Description


The Talent Acquisition Business Partner serves as STARC's strategic recruiting partner, responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that enable business growth. This role partners closely with leaders across all functions to anticipate hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, provide market intelligence, and lead full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from hourly operations roles to executive and technical leadership positions.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting execution to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping drive hiring decisions through data, market insights, and consultative partnership.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Strategic Partnership 

  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to leaders across all business functions, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategy, organizational needs, and labor market trends. 
  • Partner with business leaders to proactively identify current and future talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, interview best practices, compensation positioning, and selection decisions.


Full-Cycle Recruitment 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, manufacturing, leadership, and specialized positions across the organization. 
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social recruiting, professional associations, and emerging recruiting technologies. 
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. 
  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.


Talent Strategy 

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and labor market trends to identify opportunities for improving hiring effectiveness, quality of hire, and time-to-fill. 
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, technology, employer branding, and candidate engagement. 
  • Support workforce planning initiatives in partnership with HR and business leadership. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, professional organizations, military organizations, and community partners. 
  • Represent STARC at recruiting events, career fairs, networking functions, and industry conferences.


Candidate Experience 

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects STARC's culture and employer brand throughout every stage of the hiring process. 
  • Ensure timely, transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with the HR team and organization leaders to ensure successful onboarding and long-term hiring success.
  • Support diversity of sourcing strategies to broaden talent pools and strengthen organizational capability.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned, relevant to the roles and business needs


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive full-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting a broad range of positions across multiple business functions and organizational levels. 
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for manufacturing, operations, engineering, technical, corporate, professional, and leadership positions. 
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders by developing recruiting strategies, providing market insights, and influencing hiring decisions. 
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment laws related to recruiting and hiring. 
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, networking strategies, and modern sourcing tools. 
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR & recruiting technologies to effectively manage the recruitment process and candidate pipelines. 
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, labor market trends, and offer development and negotiation. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while meeting business priorities and deadlines. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.

Summary Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00


Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at STARC Systems.

Salary Description
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00
