What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing housekeeping and laundry team 
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards 
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results 
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality assurance programs 
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor productivity, and departmental budgets 
• Oversee linen, amenity, and supply inventories 
• Partner with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to create seamless guest experiences 
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement 

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing inventories, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. 

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control 
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours as needed. 
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
