Available Clinics: 42 outpatient clinics across Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Davis County.

About the Clinics:

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is one of the nation's leading outpatient physical therapy practices dedicated to advancing musculoskeletal care. With one out of every three primary care visits related to MSK conditions and a growing need for conservative treatment options, our therapists are helping shape the future of outpatient rehabilitation.

Many of our clinics also offer diagnostic imaging performed by physical therapists, helping patients receive answers sooner and allowing our clinicians to make more informed treatment decisions. With more than 73 outpatient clinics across Utah, Idaho, and Montana, we've built a reputation for exceptional patient care, reflected by an average Net Promoter Score above 90.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
  • Autonomy in Treatment - You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you’ll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a High-Level Team - Work alongside experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab.

Why You Should Work Here:

  • Less Time Documenting - Our AI-driven platform reduces documentation time by up to 40%, so you can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.
  • Flexibility with Professional Development: At Mountain Land, there’s minimal red tape when it comes to choosing your continuing education and advanced training. We support your goals and give you the freedom to pursue the learning opportunities that matter most to you.
