The Wanderers Club is a casual, multi-generational private golf and country club in the heart of the equestrian community of Wellington, Florida. The Club’s full array of amenities and services are centered around families, sports and the equestrian lifestyle found only in Wellington. We serve a vibrant community of over 500 member families in areas ranging from golf, racquet, and swimming to childcare, events, and dining.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking courteous, reliable, and professional Valet Parkers to provide exceptional service to members and guests at our country club. As the first and last point of contact, Valet Parkers play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience by safely parking and retrieving vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.

• Assist guests with loading and unloading belongings when appropriate.

• Open vehicle and facility doors to provide a high level of hospitality.

• Issue and collect valet claim tickets accurately.

• Maintain an organized and efficient traffic flow in valet areas.

• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report any concerns.

• Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations while operating vehicles.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Provide directions and general information to members and guests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or as required by insurance guidelines).

• Excellent member/guest service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to stand, walk, jog, and remain active for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when assisting guests with Packages or equipment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous valet, hospitality, country club, hotel, or customer service experience.

• Experience operating luxury and high-end vehicles.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous walking, standing, and light jogging.

• Frequent entering and exiting vehicles.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

• Good vision, hearing, and hand-eye coordination.
