The Account Executive drives strategic purchasing, marketing, and sales of medical imaging equipment and service solutions, strengthening our impact and market presence. This role builds trusted, long-term relationships with financially reliable buyers while exercising sound judgment in pricing, terms, logistics, and innovative solutions that support both customer success and organizational profitability. With deep product knowledge and a service-focused mindset, the Account Executive uncovers customer needs, leads the sales cycle with expertise, and delivers reliable, cost-effective imaging parts and service solutions. Committed to excellence, integrity, and partnership, this position ensures every transaction creates value and elevates the customer experience.


This team member will be working within and should reside or be expected to relocate within the following region: NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, and ME

Essential Job Duties:

  • Build and grow strong customer relationships across hospitals, imaging centers, and service organizations, serving as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend reliable, cost-effective third-party imaging parts and service solutions that enhance operational performance.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating, closing, and driving ongoing account growth—with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure precise order fulfillment, smooth logistics, and exceptional customer support.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Develop deep expertise in medical imaging equipment and market pricing, enabling informed, value-forward decision-making and customer guidance.
  • Strengthen partnerships and elevate the company’s brand and values—Honor, Growth, Integrity, Together—through excellent service and proactive communication.
  • Support continuous improvement by maintaining accurate documentation, analyzing results, and embracing an ownership mindset across all responsibilities.

Requirements

Role Competencies:

  • Demonstrates strong understanding of medical imaging equipment, parts, and service workflows, and communicates complex offerings with clarity and confidence.
  • Driven to meet goals, manage pipelines effectively, comply with KPIs, and consistently follow through on commitments with a high standard of professionalism.
  • Builds positive, collaborative relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams, fostering open communication and shared success.
  • Shows flexibility and mature leadership when navigating challenges, multitasking effectively, and managing deadlines in fast-moving environments.
  • Communicates exceptionally well—verbally, in writing, and through active listening—and is proficient with essential business tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and online research.


Experience and Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience

  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong decision making, independence, assertiveness, and leadership, with the ability to manage projects, solve complex problems, and maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Communicates and negotiates effectively in challenging situations and is proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, with CRM experience preferred.


Education (or equivalent experience)

  • B.S. degree in Business or related field. Course work in sales or business preferred.

Occasional travel within Assigned territory.
