Larson Automotive Group is hiring an experienced General Manager for Infiniti of Tacoma to lead dealership operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience while driving overall business performance.

Your Role
- Work with Infiniti manufacture requirements to set clear business goals and objectives
- Execute business strategies that consistently deliver strong financial performance
- Champion a guest-first culture rooted in transparency, trust and long-term relationships
- Drive overall dealership profitability through effective sales, service, and operational leadership.
- Lead from the front and be the example for your department
- Partner with executive leadership to implement forward-thinking sales, marketing and operational initiatives
- Lead dealership performance across sales, service, and operations while ensuring alignment with company goals and Infiniti standards.

- Proven leadership experience in automotive dealership operations with the ability to drive performance across sales, service, and overall dealership functions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and operational metrics.
- Ability to develop, coach, and motivate managers and team members while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, OEM partners, and dealership leadership.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on dealership goals and customer experience.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent Infiniti of Tacoma and Larson Automotive Group at the highest level.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and dealership events as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of automotive leadership experience, education, and training will be considered.
