E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a SIGINT Trainer/Instructor to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of United States Army Intelligence and Security Command. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of SIGINT.
- Develop and revise SIGINT TSPs and familiarization and sustainment training, including individual to collective training materials and scenarios.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years as an Army MOS 35P or 35N or other service equivalent
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Public (PKI) certificates to operate on NSAnet databases.
- Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSC 1000, 1100 and 1 800), Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOL 1200 and OVSC 2201), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent) and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSC 3101).
- Working knowledge of the SIGINT Enterprise and NGA.
- Graduate of the Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course (CFD-IC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
