What You’ll Do

Automotive Glass Installation

  • Replace windshields, side glass, and back glass
  • Prepare vehicles and installation surfaces properly
  • Follow manufacturer procedures and industry safety standards
  • Complete clean, professional installations without leaks or comebacks

ADAS Calibration

We will provide training.

  • Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations
  • Set up calibration targets and equipment
  • Complete required road-test calibrations
  • Verify cameras, sensors, and safety systems are functioning correctly

Diagnostics and Scanning

  • Perform pre-repair and post-repair vehicle scans
  • Identify diagnostic trouble codes
  • Assist in troubleshooting camera, sensor, and electrical concerns
  • Confirm repairs and calibrations meet OEM specifications

Documentation and Quality Control

  • Document repairs, scans, and calibration results accurately
  • Follow established safety and quality procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas
  • Ensure every vehicle is returned safely and professionally

Requirements
  • Automotive glass installation or replacement experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to follow precise procedures and manufacturer specifications
  • Comfort learning diagnostic equipment and new technology
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

Previous ADAS calibration experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train an experienced glass technician who is motivated to learn.
