We are seeking two detail-oriented and proactive Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Greensboro NC & Wilmington NC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely project completion
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed
- Communicate with the project team regarding Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASI’s), Requests for Information (RFI’s), and Material Submittals
- Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions to meet regulatory standards
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
- Detect conflicts in construction progress and communicate issues to the project team for resolution
- Maintain a detailed daily log of activities to track project progress and issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, and submittals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Direct and coordinate field operations in accordance with project plans.
- Communicate plan conflicts or required revisions to the project team before proceeding with changes.
- Establish and enforce job site quality control standards.
- Ensure all work meets quality and project requirements.
- Do not enter into monetary agreements, including subcontracts, change orders, or work authorizations.
- Submit all requests for cost or scope changes to management for approval before any related work begins.
