As our Pilates Reformer program continues to expand, acac Fitness & Wellness Centers is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team.
Whether your expertise is in traditional Pilates, contemporary Pilates, or a blend of both, we're looking for instructors who are committed to helping members move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results in a supportive, community-focused environment.
At acac, our instructors are more than teachers—they're movement specialists, coaches, educators, and ambassadors for healthy living.
What You'll Do
- Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven Pilates Reformer classes for participants of varying fitness levels and experience.
- Teach using traditional, contemporary, or athletic Pilates principles while maintaining excellent movement quality and proper technique.
- Provide individualized coaching, cueing, and exercise modifications to create an inclusive and welcoming class environment.
- Foster meaningful relationships with members before, during, and after class to build community and member retention.
- Prepare the studio and equipment before each class and ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for the next session.
- Collaborate with club leadership and fellow instructors to maintain the highest standards of programming and member experience.
- Continue developing professionally through ongoing education and training opportunities.

- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Current Pilates Reformer certification from a nationally recognized training program or equivalent comprehensive Reformer education. In-house Pilates Reformer training programs will also be considered.
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching).
- Previous teaching experience preferred; exceptional newly trained instructors with strong movement skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
