Position Summary: The After-School Program Student Worker helps create a safe, fun, and positive environment for students after school. This role assists with student supervision, activities, games, snacks, and daily program routines while serving as a positive role model. 

Responsibilities 

• Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities. 
• Engage students through games, activities, and positive interactions. 
• Assist with snack time, transitions, cleanup, and daily routines. 
• Help maintain a safe and organized program environment. 
• Communicate any student concerns or incidents to program leadership. 
• Follow all safety procedures and program expectations. 

 Qualifications 

• Current high school or college student. 
• Enjoys working with children. 
• Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn. 
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills. 
• Able to work as part of a team and stay active throughout the shift.
